hello @YUTW123 can stop shipping using DHL to Canada, this company makes up their āduty feesā and always asks for it when they deliver! I had stuff shipped from by other couriers like UPS, Fed Ex and Canada Post and they almost never ask me to pay Duty fees. If they do, the fees would not be pulled out of the butt! it would be a simple 5% in my case which is the GST (Good and service tax).
Pretty sure you donāt HAVE to pick DHL. I think that is the fastest shipping option though. I didnāt pay for DHL when I bought my MakerX products

u have these two options:
I used HK as shipping destination, donāt bitch about when u see a different shipping price for ur country, it might be different for some countries
also, im sure DHL is the only company that can do actual fast shipping worldwide right now

That happened with standard shipment (the cheapest option) and they still didnāt arrive. YUTW123 said it will resend it if it doesnāt arrive till the end of the month.
I ordered another one choosing DHL though and after 5 days still nothing happened. The tracking info only says the shipment was electronically registered.
Guess Iām having bad luck?

I didnāt get a notification that mine shipped until the 5 day when it hit LA customs. Then I got it that day. DHL is weird like that.

That also already happened with me, I think until it arrived to Holland. Before that no updates. Hope that is the case.
In any case, customer support has been good and enough people here received their stuff and reported satisfaction with the product, so Iām giving it the benefit of the doubt.

I ordered from the UK, although no longer in the EU we are still working to The same import guidelines until the end of the year.
I paid about Ā£40 import duties.
Still very cheap after the duties.
