I’ll add it to the list. Thanks man

For the record, Sean is freakishly good at bed leveling.

Somehow his prints are looking better than mine and I’m losing my mind over it.

You’ve done well @SeanHacker! I’ve finally gotten my leveling down pretty well.

The glass bed helps a lot and then I use a feeler gauge.

The air cooler, I put the bigger version on and it’s been helping a lot, I may go down to the bullseye now that I’m not going to use the BL touch

FWIW I bought a pair of these printers at $225 + a 3rd at $144. If I needed another I’d gladly pay $225.

At $225, it’s still an incredible value, so $175 is a great deal. The $144 price was likely very limited quantities sold at barely above fob price, I doubt we will see that again before next holiday.

So glad I grabbed one.
I’ve pretty much only used the 3D printer to print things for the 3D printer lol
But still.
I’m trying to get used to it doing a bunch of small stuff before I do any of the big 50-hour Prints I want to do.
Plus I’m going to deal with the noise before I leave this thing running for 3 days lol

I hope you printed it 100% infill. Even then with PLA it might break if you lift the board with a jerk. It’s optimized for PETG.

I’m printing it in PETG. That was just a test for one of my 1st prints. I’m going to print it again with 100% infill next round.

@Skunk this guy is the best and he has a different suggestion. Also this video is pretty recent.

Looking at the pic again, this is the older versions that broke after months of use. I have a more updated version that’s been going strong for a year. Let me find the file.

So I got a cr-10 recently and after trying to print with abs for the first couple of prints found out that it is not ideal for beginners changed back to pla and now nothing is coming out the hotend

Gotta find a fix

What are you printing that will take 50 hours.

Where is your God now?

You use this personally? The kit with the rail upgrade cost as much as the printer. Is it worth it for just the aluminum bracket kit or do the rails really make that much difference from stock

Awesome. Thanks dude!
