Education license user here. For hobby grade stuff still 100% usable(at least for me).
When they started to restrict usage they removed .STEP export option but they changed their mind after the community started screaming. They also restricted CNC/CAM usage. Also iirc they removed/modified the server backed stress test/simulation stuff.
