Flipsky 6.6 dual

I am attempting to do motor setup on my 6.6 dual but it is only spinning up one side for some reason.

Input?

Have you set up both sides?

Try it again after power cycling the esc and reloading the VESC Tool, make sure both sides are active and have passed motor detection, check all wire connections, switch motors to ensure it’s the ESC at fault

Else cry because FS has bad QC

Shouldn’t it forward across can automatically? Also how do I assign VESC ids

I have it it connected to one side and it should automatically do the other side as well

It needs to communicate over CAN, what does it do if you select forward communication over CAN’?

I’ll select that and update the firmware and then try it again

It won’t even let me update the firmware.

Power cycle it

What exactly do you mean by that

I tried using ackmaniac and downgraded my firmware to if that would work but it didn’t And then went back to VESC tool tl try and install new firmware and it wouldn’t let me

Oh shit, I had that too and you just gotta try until it works…spent 2 days fucking with it before it played nice

What’ ackmaniac?

It’s a ‘copy’ of the VESC firmware with some other stuff, but it should work

:man_shrugging: i always set shit up as singles.
