I got a flat tire during the group rides, 3 years in a row, one thorn, 2 glass shards.

First test ride, apparently one of the motor came off and got wound up, yank the other one off motor mount. Luckily no crashes, was prob going like 40-45mph. Getting replacement ones from @Skyart, gonna try to get everything done and ready for the Thursday ride.

Yep i was getting pulled along lol. Started at like 70% and apparently that last 30% was what i needed
To be fair, i was on those range eating cyclone 110s and on the throttle a lot haha. Did a red rock ride later with some orange dadbods and it was 13 miles with half battery left after so its definitely capable.

I have no clue if they’re on the forum, but I think someone said they had a good video of my race wipeout. I didn’t ask for it at the time, but if someone with that sees this, please send me the clip.
Also, I’m fine and walked away nearly scratchless, but apparently it looked pretty bad at the time.

Any word on what happened to that rider who wasn’t wearing their helmet and needed serious medical attention yesterday . A buddy of mine was the event and said he was convulsing for more than 10 seconds after the fall. Sounded really bad. Like potentially life altering. Hope not and that he recovers well. Wish he’d been wearing his helmet when he went down.
Yup, that was me. Pretty stupid of me to not put my lid on, was literally right next to me. Thought I’d be alr just going like 15mph around the pits but anything can happen. Luckily it wasn’t more serious, got a concussion but no internal damage etc so got let out of hospital after a CT. Deffo learnt a lesson there to wear my helmet no matter what I’m doing. Unfortunate to miss my Pro heats but I’ve got no one to blame but myself.
