Who from US is interested in to fly to Paris ?

July is summer and fares are high.
I can ask American Airlines if they can offer a group rate if there are 10 or more interested in.
AA also offers a Premium Economy which is very good.

Nothing yet, I guess we wont secure the venue until early next year. At least you have the date, get it booked off and arrange your travel to Paris.

I wish we had more but right now we dont, we are talking to several councils.

In summer time Economy can cost you 1000 or more and business class promo fares only 50% more

The price seems fairly cheap for business, not “too” bad. Are you also going to ship your board to Paris?

@Mainflow has plans to get a van.
If thevan is full I can take the train.
Battery will go back home and everything else will fly to PDX.
Can take 96 kg checked luggage.

If you like I join me so I do not have to drink the whole bottle champagne by myself
With American Airlines I can also do long term reservations and the ticket will be issued later and many other things.
