Currently Fw 23.46 works with no issues. I haven’t moved to 5.1 yet. I’m only running 5.1 on my evolve rebuild.
I’d let the dust settle a bit before updating. You’ve had enough bad luck already my dude.

I don’t always balance charge my lipos. I just check they aren’t way out about halfway through. I bulk charge the 12s pack to about 41v @2C and hope for the best. I might put some alarms for discharge if I can be bothered finding them or on longer ride.

I still balance charge them sometimes. I just check cell voltages as close enough is good enough. I only have them in a 2s2p setup.
