I never realized how BIG lacroixs are until i saw one in person. The 19 inch wide trucks give it the illusion of being a shortboard.
they’re basically only for long straight roads. kinda weird as the roads in Quebec are like spaghetti on lsd.
Same. First time I saw a Lacroix next to an Evo I realized how wide they are. That makes the very stable at high speeds I reckon, but in my opinion hella ugly too. But to each their own, they seem to have a huge fanbase.
See I didn’t like the Lacroix deck but the Flux felt alright to me. I always likened them in my mind
I ripped out my BMS and rode that way for quite a while, now I’m paying for it with one dead cell.
The other day i undid all the hub fasteners without letting any air out of the tires.
It made an interesting/unsettling pop as the tube expanded and pushed the hub half out.
Never seen a tube look like that before, but no permanent damage i can see
I almost did that too, all the while wondering why all the bolts were stuck, as they normally just slide out.
I just made my first antispark loopkey…
and I actually liked it…
ONE OF US! ONE OF US!
ive made like 17… still havent used one.
this is also a confession.
I’ve designed the loopkey out of my current MTB build entirely. No antispark either.
to be fair there’s still like 4 xt90s in a row
I may have just scrolled through an entire ad for snowboards thinking they were some really weird skateboard decks.
I like to ride
Like the children in your mouth type?
So I’ve got so much into quad copters that I didn’t touch an esk8 in months… I still ride my analog landyachtz everyday thoug.
I even started a youtube channel : it’s still lame quality but I’m working on improving the sound and the working surface!
I keep on inventing places to go to esk8 even though I don’t have or need to go there.
I keep on charging so I have a 12s4p has a backup battery. My 12s6p with 4800 mah cells is just not enough.
I live in Canada and right now it’s -15 and I’m going to ride soon…
Please teach me this power
-15 ? Do you have to heat up your batteries ?
Nope but I loose 50% range.
Get youself a map and train!
