Are you not making the 18" cruiser enclosure anymore?
Seems perfect for it at 20cm x 45cm external dimensions.

I’m getting 8 decks next week, they were able to find me some. Most of them will be used to complete pending combos orders, they won’t last long as after they are gone there will be virtually no evos worldwide

Alan, are you still here? I have a problem and need some advice. I need to repair this enclosure, but wanna make sure I use the right resin. Do you use epoxy, polyester or vinylester for your enclosures? Smells like epoxy but just wanna be sure.

I had the same thing happen to my enclosure around the installed heatsink. I was awestruck when I saw it!
I just sanded down the original coating, drilled out the ends of the cracks, and covered it up with fiberglass cloth and sealed it up with JB weld. A good sanding, some fiberglass and proper epoxy might be better but just to let you know, jank has held up well too.

I’ll try repair this as properly and as neatly as possible, but I doubt it will sustain another impact.

So, after a lot of requests and by forecasting the esk8 builders preferences these days, I decided to upgrade the classic HS11DS 12s8p 18650 enclosure to a 12s8p 21700 variant.
The height and inner dimensions have increase in order to fit any 21700 cells, such as the top of the line, Molicels P42A or Samsung 30T/40Ts.
Just for reference:
12S8P 18650 made with Samsung 30Q has 1065W/hr
12S8P 21700 made with Molicel P42A has 1420W/Hr (33.4% more range)
12S8P 21700 made with Samsung 50E has 1776W/Hr (66.7% more range)
The enclosure has been made of the same flexy fiberglass, highly resistant to impact and will last way longer than kydex, ABS or any printed enclosure without deforming

Just a question, I see due to increased width of the enclosure there’s almost no lip left in the middle and so no space for screws, do I just skip pair or two of screws in there and it will seal fine?

The HS11 enclosure and the Universal eMTB enclosure are the same, I changed the name to Universal eMTB because the HS11 fits almost all eMTBs not just the HS11 from Trampa.
However, for now I can confirm new HS11DS will only fit the HS11 deck
