Duality Trucks by Tito Systems

Really. Damnit

Different combos of them really make different sounds. Maybe even batch to batch. My venom build (67T) is super loud, my bro is much quieter (78T). Which is opposite of Tito’s outcome in reference to tooth count. I also think hardened vs not hardened pinions change the sound. I’m not sure of the quietest combo but these sound promising!

Tito’s old gears were unusually loud. I’d have been willing to believe he found anything at all quiet after that.

but given tuckers feedback, sounds like he went from loudest to quietest.

Sample of what I would call the “loud” gears. Hard to compare on videos of course.

those early srb gears that were one peice were hit or miss as to how well cut they were.
that’s why the switch to the two piece press fit happened.

Just checked and those are two piece. I wonder if it’s the pinions or the spurs. Won’t derail this any longer but Im interested in these quiet spurs @Titoxd1000 . I bet others would be as well.

In the words of Tito:

“Hear that?”
Me: “No?”
“Exactly”

It’s a hub and two piece wheel I made. Designed it to be swappable with my 6 inch wheels. Not sure I’ll make that wheel size but I’ll probably make some 6 inch wheels for sale since 10 inch tires are just so good for street. To make it more universal I think I’ll do go kart bolt pattern. That also works with my gear drive for bigger tires.

Yeah when spectating someone riding my board I was surprised I couldn’t hear it haha.

One thing I’m wondering is if there is any issue with the countersunk screws for the mbs pattern for certain wheels. I think most would work with either spacers and screws in from the back. Or hex threaded standoffs and screws in from both sides, digikey sells 7mm width standoffs in different lengths for pretty cheap.

That custom Tomiboi deck setup looks killer. Great stance and height.

New hubs for the wheels I’m working on. 3/58 metric pattern, 12x32 bearings for extra durability. Fits my magnesium wheels from my go kart well; should fit many other brands with metric pattern like Douglas.

Wheels for 10x2.5 cst and pmt tires, still need to machine.

thats hot!! So people can upgrade their dualities to these axles and run 12mm?

This would fit Duality trucks with 12mm axles (Except for the very original axles that were a little shorter, need to be the 68mm+ axles, wheel spacer is 40mm)

Been looking for a wide 6”. Wasn’t a massive fan of using the inner lip of the MBS xl. These look :ok_hand:

@Titoxd1000 thought I’d ask this here instead of email in case it’s useful for others:

I have the Tito belt mounts and I’m wondering if in your opinion drilling two m6 tapped holes for threaded crossbars would be problematic structurally? Thinking of putting them here:
