Duality, a different approach.

put the rear vesc in balance mode, and take one of those one wheel like pictures with it balancing on end.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. We are nothing if not enablers

I’ve been madly curious here, how’s the turning on this thing, and especially, how does this thing turn compared to a set of Dualitys with 4 wheels?

may the best duality win! lol.

I’m pretty sure the naming is just coincidental. There is no association or ride characteristics shared between duality trucks and this build.

Well, even still, trucks with 4 wheels.

My real wonder is how good the turning is

At low speeds, the turning isn’t great.
At 10+mph it actually turns really decent.
I haven’t had a chance to ride it again with the bindings yet, I’m at an event through the first. But I’ll report back when i do.

Swapped out the front tire from a 11x6.5 burris to an 11x7 maxxis.

Had some extra time today to start doing some tuning on the bushings.
Did a bunch of moving bushings from inner to outter positions, swapping duros, and trying different things.
Was out testing with yellow inside position on front and hit a bump, got speed wobbles and wasnt able to jump off because of the f5 binding.
Took a hard fall on the right arm and hip.
Not so sure about the bindings idea…
Ended up with green in the outer position on the rear and red on the inner position on the front.
Getting some nice turns with this setup and still have stability at speed. I’ll try and push a video up tomorrow.

Also considering using some power bias, seems like torque steer is happening pretty hard, thinking about going to 70%rear 30%front and see if that helps
