Just gonna tell you right now trying to get good clearance with a double drop is not a great time
Evo and the Century are the only boards people seem to consistently bother running
I would go for the Hummie or TB40 if I were you looking for a small drop. I love my hummie deck

I should have these available in a week or two:
I can’t design decks. That didn’t stop me from designing a deck. I don’t know if this thing will work but it looks so pretty. … and that’s what counts. Right?
BTW, MBNEF is not what I want to call this. Still thinking of a good name.
Enough talking. Let’s see the pics.

Sounds waaay too short.
I think you’re right, was trying to replace a tank of a a deck but I don’t want to overcompensate and end up on something tiny.
It’s more the style of the switch I was into, that sleek lowrider vibe.

Everyone is different, but the drop on the switch is too much and uncomfortable for me. If you want that style deck, the Rayne Demonseed is more comfortable to me with it’s more subtle yet still substantial drop.

Right, I’ve bit a bullet. And bought myself a Rayne Demonseed on your advice.
I went 39 inch, although I’m tall and could probably do with the stance, I was always making a more nimble street board, so I didn’t want to end up with too much of a tank.
The Demonseed is a pushing, freeride, sliding machine!!! For more than a decade the Demonseed has been revered by downhillers and long-distance pushers for good reason. This board was made to make longboarding feel easy and look good. It’s...

Oh, I think the enclosure available for that deck is for the 42" version

Great feel, but for esk8, that deck definitely has limited space for anyone wanting/needed good range.

limited space
I’d be all over it if they made a 40-44" version

The sportster is a super sweet all-around deck, my buddy let me try to slide his and I was really impressed with how it handles.

Alright good participants of the forum, it’s time for my second build thread of the year. Feels crazy because this has never happened before. Two builds, one year. This build’s goal is to be a powerful daily commuter that provides comfort and reliability to every ride. I intend to ride it to work frequently, averaging either 20 or 40 miles per week.
Little bit of backstory, a long time ago Onsra asked me if I wanted to do a review on their TKP trucks, which were new at the time to the BC3. I sa…
@grasshopperaggy there are many more just go into to the search tab and type in Hummie builds
