This is a really great point about endurance vs. maximum current before failure; a shit ESC could max out a lot of current under a max cont. current test but blow under half that current under long term usage.

Not sure how endurance could be tested to make a fair comparison across all hardware though, since the cont. current that some ESCs can handle might be enough to blow another ESC instantly and if you endurance test a low current they may never fail lol…

Not to mention the electricity costs of running hundreds of amps for days or weeks on end lmao
