Took a little time off this build while i converted my raceboard components over to the new chassis. Finally got back into it today while a friend was over tinkering with his build. Was stoked to confirm what I suspected… the boundmotor octopus enclosure fits quite well to the brady/bonde deck-
Im stoked i didnt waste any more time or money on the fibreglass enclosure. As rewarding as it mightve been to DIY that part of the build, fibreglass sucks…
I also had some balancing issues with the Linn adapters, causing the belts to tension too tightly at some points and loosen off at others, so i decided to switch back to the old faithful trampa deep dish hubs which had some landsurf RS tyres mounted already. I do love the look of the Linn hubs, and i will likely use them as my indoor racing hub with some stretched novas on the SRB V5 #33 - a VESC 4WD build/conversion
A quick grip, and now all thats left is to mount the enclosure on, then plug and play. Hopefully get some time over the next few days to finish her off
