so i have a metroboard single motor with the 40 mile battery as a back up board for my kaly and its not a bad ride but there is a few things i don’t like the remote for one and the fucking beeps has people thinking i’m crazy (i might be) for yelling at my board to shut the fuck up all the time so i was thinking of changing it to a vesc 4.12 that i have and a flipsky remote any input on this mainly doing it so i can have something other then a annoying inaccurate beep for battery level and a remote i’m more comfortable with

Lmao I know dude. Just yanking your chain, you wrote it in the first post.
As far as the ESC, you can simply unhook the speaker by cutting one of the two wires going to it. You can also use the VESC if you want.
For the battery levels, you can simply make one of these and plug it in the charge port

i kinda really want to change the remote also so figured why not use the flipsky with the meter built in i would have the same remote for both boards as well at that point witch is a added benefit
