You are going deep there my friend.
All I am saying is that when buying from another country there is always a risk to be scammed and trying to sue someone from another country is really expensive and most of the time a person or small business will give up.

We all know what Exway did when they felt the cell shortage. Sure, they probably had the best intentions but boy did they feel the backlash of not being upfront with switching cells on their already released products.
