Do you have enough rigid insulation between P groups 1-6 & 7-12? I would be concerned about enclosure pressures and vibrations bending the nickel tabs enough to potentially short against each other. Just a thought.
Yes I did several layers of fish paper in between which is sectioned out for each p group
I personally would want more separation than that.
Well the pack is meant to be flexible so there are very few options for that.
What exactly would you recommend for that purpose?

Or a 2mm 3dp piece would work too, between fishpaper
I usually just try to avoid building in this config because it freaks me out

P42A batteries are $9.50 per cell plus bms cost
P45B batteries are $11/13* per cell plus bms cost
P28A batteries are $8.50 per cell plus bms cost
BMS costs are between $35 and $60 depending on how many series
*P45B are currently on sale. $11 per cell last until the sale ends. $13 after.
