Boardnamics Precision 220mm Caliber II Hangers

These particular mounts are for SR (yes, the clamps). He also mentioned earlier on the thread keeping cast and precision mounts in his shop. There is no mention on that in the description. In addition, under “other information”, it stated it is only compatible w SR TKP and psycho hexl. Hence, the inquiry.

I’ll leave this here

3 washers?

Yes but the design is not final. This is the only way I could get enough preload on the bushings. Only sample I got so thought I’d try to ride it anyways

I’m going with a press fit stud inside the pivoting piece, not a screw in bolt.

You need a hex head on that kingpin. That looks like it could be prone to stripping the hex key.

I think I’m gonna pick the bundle up.

I know it is probably listed somewhere, but can you reverse mount the motor mounts that come with the bundle? Additionally, if I have a 15t motor pulley and 40t wheel pulley, what kind of belt length would you recommend for your idler design?

Wait this bundle doesn’t include baseplates?

How many do you have in stock? For example if I ordered in a week, would you still have some?

I’ve never stripped any of my surfrodz Kingpins (they use a hex key)

But thats not final design anyway

This is just for the hangers. I haven’t finished the entire truck yet but am pushing as much I can to finish.

You can reverse mount the idler version with these, yes.

Let’s just say I have enough to last a few weeks, easy.

Gotcha… Hmmmm do you know if anyone sells the baseplates? I was gonna pick this up for a new build but I don’t wanna buy trucks twice, yknow

@ShutterShock
I might have an extra set of caliber baseplates.
Also idk for sure if these hangers will fit. But normal caliber hangers fit Randal baseplates.

Hmm I feel like I have seen these linked somewhere before. @Boardnamics you said these fit any regular caliber 2 baseplate right?

Probably in the “split angle” thread over on builders. Having the 35° baseplate in the rear can help with stability. Caliber only makes the 50° & 45°

Oh yeah that probably would have been it. Interesting

Gonna go pick up my set tonight!!! The same day i got a great deal on some surfrodz too!!!

Yup here too. :ok_hand: Same day service. Can’t really ask more than that.

Will they be any good with AT wheels let’s say Bergmister or trampa- ish?

Testing the hangers and trucks today. Rides great. Turn radius is very small but stable at 30mph. Never rode something this nice before, changed my perspective

Running a 40/30 split. Riptide pivot cups and 96duro barrels

P.S. Ignore the deck, only a test board
