Not these ones, but the ones for the future BN270 hangers will. They’re 10mm stepped to 8mm.

Price would be $140 for 2 hangers and 4 axles (preinstalled).
Reasons for it:
They’re more material
The axles are custom made from expensive stainless steel, then hardened.
The hanger material is 7075 T6, not 6061 T6, so they won’t bend from the added length
