talk to me about the bearings. looks like the only consumable part

Yeah the case bearing would be the consumable. I could do some bearing life calculations but it would use lots of assumed data. I have spare bearings that size but installing them isnt easy unless you have a press, in which case its a minute job. They are not too snug.

what size is the bearing and is it readily available

edit: press fit? nice. if its not too tight maybe a bearing puller will work

Is there anyway to know if these kegel hollow wheels are compatable with the BNGD?

Readily available from me :stuck_out_tongue: it is a 6809-2RS. It is light-moderate tightness.

Someone send me one and I can answer that :stuck_out_tongue: If it is flywheel core then most likely.

How much are you risen??? looks like .75"

Yup but the 35° baseplate makes it so the front doesn’t need any risers. Reverse mounting won’t work as it’ll interfere with the hanger

you mean the split angles make the deck tilted and that is canceled out by the risers in the back?

I noticed that but not thattt much as to where I need ".5+ risers.

Yeah I’m just bad at explaining lol
