I feel you :sob: my build has been stuck for 2 months. A shipping problem but not boardnamics. Will end up being 3 months when it finally gets to me

June order here, and its not even gear drive…i ain’t mad at Kevin tho, its not something he can control

Communication to those who had orders would have been nice atleast. I Ordered in August and if I wasn’t already exchanging emails with him, I don’t think I would have Recieved anything stating the issue.

I don’t know if he actually has a chain email set up from his site

Normally vendors will use mailchimp or something to manage email lists for sales / follow up CS, etc

We have to remember this is a one man band, so maybe he just didn’t have the expertise to set it up. I get it though, it’s super tough on both ends of the deal

I totally understand and do not blame him at all for the issues as they were out of his control. However, if not already aware of this forum then there was virtually zero communication about the delay until his website updated with October 15th as a projection.
A single mass email to those with orders would have avoided some headache and lots of emails about the shipping time.

I love everything BN has to offer but Communication can and should be better.

Oh god I don’t want to think about it. The whole global capitalist supply chain is just broken, this is gonna be a mess

A "blog"section of the site with updates is the easiest method

Yeah true

Everything has arrived, will take me a week to ship backorders + upload the new stuff. Enough work for at least 3 people right now :open_mouth:

Is anybody using the AT GD with Matrix2 trucks and MBS DWII or Bro deck? I have some clearance issues with the MBS deck and I think the Bro is even wieder.

I had to cut the DW II down to get it to fit. No idea about the bro.

Damn you cut really a lot of it. I think I can get away with 2-3mm.

Definitely could be less yeah, but I needed space so that the motor wires wouldn’t get pinched in full lean.

No issues at all on the Haero Bro, must just be the position of your holes on your tips

Or run risers on it

I have a lot of risers on my bro. Would recommend.
