I ended up changing out a lot of the washers that were supplied with the kit for regular skateboard speed washers (the kinds that go between the axle of the truck and the wheel bearing). They are slightly thinner, so it helped a lot with my clearance issues.

Wasn’t sure where else to post this but I was having issues with my idler pulley when it separated from the included bearing and started moving around freely. Fixed it by cutting a groove around the inside of the pulley wheel and inserting a retention ring. Seems to have fixed the issue.

I could open source it but the problem is I didn’t write it nor do I own it
