Are these to be anodised?

They can’t be. One side is anodized, the other isn’t because the flange is zinc coated steel. Can’t have 2 different materials during the process.

I wanna see what the pulley looks like itself without the wheel attached

Is there any feature which centers the pulley on the wheel insert?

There is a 45mm diameter 1mm deep recess on the teeth side that the adapter snaps into. I got the tolerance just right. No play between the 2 parts and they run perfectly concentric

After using your hangers, when you say “no tolerance”, I believe it. Those hangers you hear “POP!” when you pull the axle out because the fit is so perfect it’s like mech porn

Hey Kevin do you know off the top of your head if these can fit standard on the TB218 trucks? The axles are pretty long on them, I have half inch spacers on them with my wheels and there’s just the right amount of thread left for the nut

Yes they definitely can

My man! This is exactly what I was hoping you’d say.

Any plans for higher tooth counts? I would need 44T for my new build.
