Hubs are WCS and I’m guessing the wheels were purchased when Dave and Abec were one company…

Nope. But I do have a complaint about them. The hubs are super heavy. I lost like 8 miles off of my range.

How do you guys balance the tyres? I swear the stems introduce a shit ton of vibration that shouldn’t be there at all

I dont think it’s the weight…probably more the wider Tire causing more friction !..thus less range .

I ordered some of those 8" tires off aliexpress a few days ago, I need something to last longer than my MBS t3 tires… I feel like I hadn’t even dialed in my setup on the t3s yet before they were bald.

You can also do the no weights trick. put the tire on the rim without the tube. figure out the light side of the tire. mark it. install the tube with the stem at that position. often this is enough.
