Sooo, went to power up my new build to get everything programmed and my new never used 18s battery is completely dead. I’m guessing the new style of Daly Smart BMS has more of a parasitic drain than my other one because it’s been sitting just as long with no issue. The pack is less than 6 weeks old and this is the voltage I’m getting.
Never charged it, just left it at the storage voltage the cells were delivered at. This might belong in the bitching thread because I’m pretty sure there’s nothing I can do about it other than build a new pack but thought I’d post it on the long shot that it’s somehow salvageable. Opened the pack enough to check a couple P groups and they’re drained.
