If your taking about seriously pushing it then from experience I can say that your battery will be the limiting factor.
A pair of vescs with big heatsinks and 6374 motors can easily take more current than your battery can deliver. I have 12s4p 30q pack and I have managed to pull peaks of 110A out of it whilst racing. That kind of load on a 4p pack will easily sag a full pack down to the low voltage limits in seconds. But I can run a whole pack round the track and still have cool motors and vescs.
