Battery Clearing House SV-BA10 13s 20Ah Battery

Yes, ok. So my battery bays actually have two blades that provide a two wire connection to the ones you short to turn on the BMS with the paper clip! So I can turn on my battery now, and it stays on if I only have the electric brake release, but with the ESC it shuts back off. So I am tripping the overload protection now.

I think you can solve that by turning the batteries on before you plug them into the circuit. Does it shut off if you turn the esc’s on after the battery is on?

Yes. I put the batteries in the robot base bays, slide them in and lock the door. At this point, only the 48V break release solenoid is plugged in. I short the two pins to enable the BMS, 2 seconds later it turn on and opens the solenoid. Then I plug in the ESC and down she goes.

My $13 ESC. Large CAP near the front end. (Sigh) I can’t post pictures yet, still too new…

Was the only 400w PWM controlled ESC with Hall sensors I found. They work great on my 48V bench supply, the base was able to carry me around the shop.
