Yes, @Excess, thanks very much. Looks like PSWPower is really using the Bafang style 1 to 4 Cable, with a pin in the middle for their connectors, not what most of the other EBike vendors use that sell on Ebay / Aliexpress. I can see that both display and Ebrakes are female, while throttle is male on the 1 to 4 cable.

So even the 1to4 cables I have currently won’t work, as as pin-out is different, and I don’t feel like cutting and butt splicing wires together, so just order a whole set when going with PSWPower. At least they have fast shipping. The order I made on AliExrpess just arrived, took over 4 weeks to get here after actually shipping. It was only slightly cheaper than PSWPower and the controller was only 15Amp max, 7Amp continuous rated.

But it seems to work and be plug and play, when I tested it, at least the motor 9 pin motor extension cable, along with the 15 Amp controller, throttle, LCD Display, alone with the 1in4 EBus cable. I order from that vendor on AliExpress because they seemed more responsive than PSWPower.

But I do like the KT controller better from PSWPower, a little better max and continuous Amp ratings. Plus, I read good things about KT controller / LCD display for setting PAS setting to your needs / liking, so if I want to replace the controller only, looks like I will need to get the whole set again. I probably just will do it, PSWPower is cheap enough.

Actually, plus I am thinking of buying 1 more Bafang wheel hub with the free shipping code, so I will need another ebike controller set set anyways, just to have a spare for repairs, if anything breaks down. And just maybe, since BCH will ship only 1 wheel/motor hub, it won’t get bang as bad, that the wheel might still be true when it arrives. LOL!

Now that I think about it, I need to go place my order.

Anybody have a like, consolidated breakdown of the actual wiring/pin outs of these? I don’t really care about what other bikes or controllers, or whatever standard there is, just wanna know how to wire these assuming I give zero shits about bike stuff, standard ports (just the goods, bare and plain.) etc…?

We’re spread between a few threads now, and a lot of “hobby specific” jargon. Any chance we can bring it together?

haha, that was a 16s6p ebike battery I made.
I basically go through the local listings looking for broken e-toys to bring back to life (always just a battery, sometimes more), not too proud to go dumpster diving either. Bikes, sccoters whatever. I’ll find some broken e-toy, make a pack, maybe a better motor and controller, and send it off into the wild, reborn, to do Skatan’s good work.
