For an esk8 beginner:
44Ā° or 50Ā° Trucks?

A split angle setup is nice if you have the option. Higher degree up front, lower in the back for carving and stability at speed. I run 50/35Ā° front/rear.

I would buy 44Ā° just because i bought 50Ā° and canā€™t drag my board behind me properly since then.

Where is the ppm port here for mini remote

Also what should I do to make the sensor wires work with it (what pins do I need to change)

Drag your board behind you?

if iā€™m shopping or currently not riding, i grab it by the truck and drag it behind me. Due to the 50Ā° truck the deck is angled different and scrapes easier. Thats all ^^

I see, haha. Didnā€™t think that much out of the box
As far is I understood, the bigger the angle, the more it will carve, and for better speed stability I should choose smaller angles :)?

Damn, you got it same day as me, i bet

Twenty seconds via Google xD
I donā€™t think they try to troll you and make it different ports on each board
Just type every information about your part you have on Google and voila

Cheers!

Btw:
The pin names tell you to  the remote receiver gives PWM signal to your controller with a certain duty cycle which equals motor power %

Normally the remote plug is 3 pin as in the picture, I guess the extra two pins (being RX and TX) are for Bluetooth stuff

Why the fuck do you have 100+ chrome tabs open?

To get that ā€œ:Dā€ smile from chrome

No I justā€¦ Fear that I need some of the tabs one day xD
Bin ein Messi

I just closed all tabs two days ago, Iā€™m lost haha

ā€œA high angle will give you more turn for your lean, but with a lower angle truck you donā€™t get as much turn from the same power you put into your lean, increasing stability.ā€

7 tabs already trigger me ^^

How is the motor pulley mounted to the motor shaft?.. Is there everything included in the kit needed for it?

with a (or 2) grub screw/s.

The rest is all included

So no grub screw included?
Where do I get this :neutral_face:

Kind of misleadingā€¦ ā€œall screws neededā€

Make sure your motor shaft diameter matches the pulley inner diameter too (10mm bore) . You could just message the seller and ask to include grub screws. If not, theyā€™re dirt cheap at a hardware store.

I made sure, thanks, that would be a pain in the ass to realize later on!
What size grub screws do I need? I donā€™t know what to search forā€¦
I went with 8mm bore pulleys

And whatā€™s the bearing and the rear banana shape silver metal part for?

I imagine the seller would include them but you can also use green loctite in place for semi permanent attachment. I had a motor gear that didnā€™t have a grub and was the only way I could attach it.

Bearing goes in the wheel pulley, banana piece probably attaches across the back of the mounts to round them off but Iā€™m not 100% on that. Some people run metal crossbars like a cage around their motors. They could mount there too.

I canā€™t imagine why and where you would use a bearing for the wheel pulley. Is there any documentation on this forum or Yt how to put this together?

would that be worth reviving? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/114191387750?mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=710-53481-19255-0&campid=5338464579&toolid=11200&customid=SI_electric%20skateboard
