Turn down all your current settings to one-third of what they are. See if you still get faults.

If not, then the problems are probably in your settings. (But could also maybe be loose phase wires or something else)

Can someone turn this into a pcb where you just insert the Arduino nano and the NRF24?

You can polish them. The alloy is very resistant to corrosion.

Winning Remote not working I think the receiver is bad any suggestions?

I would suggest putting your PPM connector in the middle slot which should be channel 2

@b264 has a great tutorial on pairing the remote and receiver
