Yes of course, but those switches are the weakest part of the entire Mini Remote. However, if you treat them very gently they seem to never fail and you can certainly use the built-in switch.

@Scepterr do you remember where the tiny PCB came from that has 4 dots for showing the charge level of a lipo cell?

I can’t find the link or the product anymore and don’t see them in my purchase history for eBay, amazon, AliExpress et cetera

@xsynatic :arrow_up: this thing

And JB Weld all that shit in the Mini Remote housing, drill holes for the LEDs, put clear sealant over the holes

Actually, that one has all kinds of stuff, the one I used is ONLY an indicator and nothing else, it has 2 leads: + and -

Do you use any modded case for your’s or are you still raw dogging it?

awesome.

thanks @Scepterr

now i need to find a shop that ships it to me

I could ship you one

the question is, if this tiny piece even would arrive across the world

could send it as a certified letter

so i would need a 1s Lipo

connected to this

in between this

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PZT3ZW2

and the on/off switch gets connected to one of them?

No modded case. If you are crafty, there is enough space in there, but it’s really tight in the top to fit all the charging and indication PCBs.

That’s why I suggest a smaller pouch cell — so you can put those PCBs in the handle.

edit: if you’re reading this in 2023, just buy a Z.Mote trigger version

fyi, I wouldn’t use more than 1A charge current for tiny lipo
