I have the unity tool now, but for some reason I’m having a hard time setting up sensors. It keeps saying bad flux lineage reading, try again. Do I have to remove the belts?

Look this is a pack for a personal board of mine, all I need for now is for it to charge…
do you have another battery to try the bms on.
I would still try another battery just for the sake of trying since this already makes no sense.
have you tried to see if the voltmeter reads anything off P- on the bms and positive wire (red) of xt60/90?
and then with B- and positive wire (red) of xt60/90?

@Jacob I did mine with belts on. Make sure your cables are secure and give the wheels a good strong spin and see if it fixes it. If not, send photos of your motor detection results.

Doesn’t look too bad to me. You could crack the case open and check out the insides but it may be siliconed tight. I’d hook it up to a battery on the bench to make sure it boots and no magic smoke pops out.

Just hook power across and see if it trips?

Or put it in your board and have a ride and see if it trips.

Lol, I just wanted a small 12s BMS…why is is so much hassle, and why don’t they make the 36mm x 63mm version like they do for 10s
