Ya I was looking at getting those a while ago, but I need 8mm shaft.

I assume it’s 10mm for a good reason.

Moving from 8mm to 10mm shaft dia correlates with a direct 67% increase in metric BDE units.

That’s more shaft-twisting force than you use on Sean.

Its not that I wouldnt use 10mm. Its that it wont work with what I want to do.

Never said it wasnt.

You just need to find a bigger hole.

I want it for the spiral bevel gears I ordered. It says it only works with 8mm. Maybe when I get it in my hands i can see if the pinion can be bored out.

Did you contact them to ask about line samples/MOQs?

Sometimes these companies have samples left over from other runs, never hurts to ask.

The shaft can always be stepped down.

You’d likely want lower KV as well given the gear ratio of the spiral bevel too, correct?

While ya here Andrew, for all us Europeans, How to you pronounce @SeanHacker name?
‘‘Seen’’ or ‘‘Shaun’’

It was a throwback, a staple in comedy.

Try to keep up old man.

Also do me the benefit of ignoring my edit.
