DHL bro!

In other news I received a bill today from UPS for £125 import duty for the trucks we sent to Portugal, they couldn’t get through customs for 2 months and in the end sent them back to us. :joy::joy: And now they are charging us import duty for them :rofl::rofl:

The Aero Bro looks really nice your way.

I like the box in the middle that doesn’t give up the DIY touch.

Really nice set-up!

Thank you!

Quick question about the foot pads: are they meant to be held in place by the foot bindings or some adhesive/tape? Asking before I do it wrong!

I haven’t got round to putting the installation instructions on the site yet but the answer is both. You will see two 20mm wide strips that need double sided tape, I reccomend the 3M VHB stuff.

This is what we do

Measure and cut your wires and solder to the flat braid then heat shrink. Grip the pads. Tape the braided cables into the shock pad to stop them moving about then apply the double sided tape along the diagonal strips. Then remove the film on the tape and carefully line everything up to the (clean) deck and binding holes and press it down, should now be stuck. Then attach the bindings.

Is there a benefit to the 3 holes in the middle to mount the case vs a square 4 hole pattern?

Preventing the enclosure from altering the deck flex as much

That makes sense, thanks!!

Thanks so much. Makes perfect sense. The tape you mentioned is easy enough to procure so I’ll go with it.

Maybe next time you guys are building up completes you can record record a video of the whole process. That would be a fun and useful thing to watch!
