Dude such a bummer I’m sorry
You waited a lot longer than I did ![]()
Is what it is. I always feel bad doing a charge back but if they’re unresponsive for that long. I don’t think they had intentions on coming back. Might’ve had an emergency but
. I hear they might be coming out with a dual G300
Right and that’s very possible for them to have had to delegate attention elsewhere I sure have personally for the past year for more time than I’d like taken away from esk8.
But they did not put anything up saying that they are undergoing changes or redirecting focus / pausing for now. So I guess it’s unfortunately safe to say they are DEAD
I wanna see someone put the new jet fleet F6 esc in a board. Curious if it’s a contender with g300 or primarily Onewheel focused.
Yeah looking at the phase amps it seems like a bag of socks
Gimmmeee all the power
I WANT WHIPLASH and nothing less of that
I suspect it’s because the 12T. The main issue was when I swapped from 22T (dry) to 12T (dry) the torque only increased very marginally. Then greased the 12T and got the rest of the expected torque.
Bump up the spur size also from 78T and the issues would be resolved. I want to design an enclosed double stage drive for inrunners but it’s gonna take a long while until I get to it probably
I’d be glad to help out with that!
Onshape project yo!
That’s really surprising that you hardly notice a difference from 22t to 12t
I’m definitely heavier than you so that’s a bit freighteing
Is there a larger wheel gear that we could design that would help with that in the meantime while the 2 stage drivetrain project is in the works?
Yeah you could totally also just use a larger spur. The sendcutsend chromoly ones are holding up nice still. I have a gear generator in fusion so I can design them up very quickly
You also gotta kinda weigh literally the simplicity of a larger spur and it’s actually physical weight vs the weight of a 2stage drivetrain.
The larger spur would almost definitely be lighter right?
Well, I did consider it but to get good enough ratio for inrunners I need like a 9" spur and minimal clearance. Plus still stick to a relatively small pinion. also much longer motor mounts. Double stage offers more freedom in terms of design and I actually do have some cool ideas. I am positive I can get it lighter and more reliable on double stage. Just lack the time energy and the funds now. Hopefully for next season
Okay well I definitely am willing to help out with that, making a compact 2stage drivetrain is a serious mission.
And I had sort of planned on doing that at a certain point anyways.
Sizzle Sizzle Sizzle
I pray you stay away
Hopefully going to acquire proper micro usb to program from my pc Vesc tool / transfer this Vesc + motors over to the metroboard pathfinder.
Give this deck a rest
Reconstruct this battery into a top mount box battery for another board
And prep this flux deck for some serious overhauling.
Exciting shit ![]()

alrighty
bit of a downgrade Removing the DV6 pro out of this thing to throw Xenith back in,
Reason Being is im going to be running the 190kv zoobomb motors in it as reachers that were on this board the went to the pathfinder build.
which seemingly are only 90 phase Amps Max?
Im going to test my luck w them at 120A phase max per.
Pshhh motor amps are just a suggestion. Temperature is the real tell.
@Venom121212 right I suppose I need to change my gearing as this board will be for under 30mph cruising / mild off road climbing.
to give it a bit more mechanical muscle.
It’s 78t / 20t rn
