I want a pair of BIG motors, so i settled for 63100 as a good balance.
Now, there’s plenty of places to purchase this size and they all look similar.
What do you guys use and how well does it hold up?
Also, how many amps?
I’m also curious if anyone has had failing bearings and/or wobbly/noisy can after heavy use.
Curiously, i don’t seem to find any 63100 motors with the can supported on the other end like the sk8 hobbyking motors.
Another question: why is almost everything at this size in the 140-150kv range? Is it the most optimal copper winding for this size? Is it just the lowest effort from the manufacturer? Will it compare in winding resistance with smaller, 170-190kv motors?
Flipsky has 63100, for 10$ you can get custom KV.
Ant innovation has new 63100 in any KV
Maytech has 6396 (kinda) also in any KV you want
Freerchobby has 63100 (message him for Kv)
Flipsky… no
Ant innovation i’ve seen them around here, i hope someone using them passes by this thread.
Maytech 6396 story goes they overheat ridiculously fast. I am not about to run 30A/side if i get a pair of rotten eggs.
Freerchobby, same as ant innovation, and flipsky, look extremely similar
I don’t blame you on the flipsky. Everything I see points to the freerchobby and ant being the same manufacturer. I think they are… I haven’t had a single issue with my maytech 6396 but who the fuck knows haha.
I have seen a few people that have issues with them though
65100 motor coming soon…
135 and 205kv
Something not seen before…
Pics Mandingo motors
I’ve seen it in pornos bro.
Hm… how soon? I want something rideable in about 3 weeks time, just in time for moon geardrives to land
I need something NOW! I’m thinking about ordering Matt Hovers turbines
Not that soon sorry
