Idk about a discount, but that is the one I said was $589 because that is what the site says. It has a battery I’d consider pretty bad and I’d 100% choose the ownboard over that without a doubt in my mind.
We were talking about this on the reddit discord today. The molicel cells from Tynee are apprently the M42a 20700 cells. they’re slightly worse than the P42A, only 20A draw but 4 aH rated capacity. I might just bite the bullet and pick up a Tynee Ultra. I’m not stranger to being my own customer service for parts repair anyway, so longer term support isnt my biggest concern. The molicels at least to my less than trained eye seem like they’ll be better than the Zealot S’ no name cells.
Would have preffered a longer deck on such a fast board.

Yeah the Ownboard is probably a better buy than that one but I’d get the Tynee Mini 2 with 105mm wheels and the large battery option if I were to order a Mini board today.
