I thought it worked fine with just glue, has that caused anyone issues?

Not yet. We should have some new inserts that will fit without adding any additional epoxy. JB Weld works great though.

I’ve had to epoxy a few inserts a few times already, but whether or not it works, I dont think it’s something that should be done in the first place imo.

I would buy another TB40 maybe next year next build is going to be a eflux with tb63100 motors. My tb40 is 60% done photos on the weekend. The 16s battery is going to need a shoehorn to fit in. Even the precision trucks not fitting isn’t phasing me. I love this deck. (Precission plate is oversized not the fault of tb40 tested with Paris and Bear trucks both fit perfectly). Dex really delivered the goods this time.

Tubby has put on hiatus after one of the flipsky escs blew. But I have a brand new makerx DV6 for our old friend. Just finished my daughter’s board. TB40 (nameless ATM) mostly done except lights. Also secret squirel build top secret with some crazy shit. Then tubby hopefully my wife doesn’t murder me in my sleep.
