The motor shaft does not fit into the gear.The motor key is too tight.How can I smoothly get the shaft into gear?

What motors are these? Does the shaft fit without the key? Is the key the problem?

I donāt know about the pinion gear, but sometimes on pulleys if you sand the key a tiny bit it makes it fit easier. Be careful because too much looseness can cause rattles later.

I have a set of your 40T pulleys. I want to know if it is possible for me to remove 608 bearings (8mm x 22mm x 7mm) from pulley and replace with 6900 bearings (10mm x 22mm x 6mm)?
I want to use with my trucks that have 10mm axles.

Use a press or a pullscrew.

I donāt see any reason you canāt, you will need a 1mm longer spacer between the pulley and wheel
The 3D Servisas bearing seats are notoriously tight. You may have to pound the old bearing outā¦

Just to double up with @b264: the bearing seats are VERY tight. You will need to either press it out, bash it out (as straight as possible) or pullscrew it out. Either way, after removing, you will still need to press the new bearing in. With a press.
You donāt want a bearing that fits with āfinger pressureā. This means your bearing doesnāt have any bearing surface and can rotate freely around the bearing seat. This is bad. One example of this is (maybe old batch) bergmeisters. Bearing seats get eaten away by the bearing spinning freely inside of it.

If your axles are long enough, you can use your axle nut to press it in.
One skew and pop goes the nut because axles are titanium.

I managed to put bearings in them with a pullscrew as well.

Thatās strange Iāve always got a response within a few hours.
He is in Lithuania so take in consideration time zone if you are in USA.

I contacted him through the form on their site, took three days to get a response.
Okay, I can see why everyone says to pay extra for the DHL shipping. My package went from Lithuania to the US in 3 days while another package with basic shipping is 42 days in transit.

Iāve waited months for packages from 3D Servisas (thatās pre-Rona also) until I started taking the DHL advice seriously. DHL is fast! Itās worth the cost for sure.
