Uhm, No.

Do you include fine sand and a spare belt so people can polish the burrs?

Those don’t look like burrs they look like machining marks

Causes

Machining marks result from deficiencies in the gear manufacturing process, such as:

  • Dull or broken cutting teeth
  • Insufficient coolant feed
  • Too many chips in the coolant, indicating that the chip seperator is not working properly
  • Incorrect positioning of the coolant nozzle

Whos not a vendor?

Ur mum

No, but in all seriousness, he’s a manufacturer that sells his stuff, not a reseller (that is typically called a vendor, others do their dirtywork).

Nice! I made a ‘watching porn sound’ normally reserved for @Sender ized decks … Very clean! :sunglasses:

WHO?:man_shrugging:

3DServisas, obviously. Everybody thinks it’s a huge team of people somehow. :man_shrugging:

That’s stupid. He’s a vendor. Dosen’t matter if it’s 20 people or one.
He has a site with parts for sale that he designed and puts his name on.

Dem pulleys tho.

More detailed:

  • The pins I see on the wheel hub adapter are 15mm max, they are too short.
  • Kegel adapter pins generally go every-second(or even each) hole. Yours have way too few.
  • Bearing spacer according to the picture is longer than the bearing itself(at least 8mm). (3DServisas spacer is 3mm)
  • Pulley bearing seat support is at least 2mm.
  • You should really check how HTD5(M) belt profile looks like

This means: you have pins that are max 9mm into the wheel. I don’t think I need to explain that you need to tension the belts.
What happens when you tension the belt with such low contact? The pulley skews and you get a wobbly wheel.

I understand that people love to see shiny things in pictures but this is “design” for you.

Let’s talk about dem pulleys.

3D Servisas pulleys are best ones I’ve ever used. Yeah, they look good, they work great, they fit very well, they last a long, long time, and they are high-quality.

Those of you who value those things should probably jump into this while you can.

Where is the kegel pulley that has a pin every hole?

Still sleepy, sorry. Corrected. Generally it means that this one of Janux has too low engagement to keep solid alignment of the pulley.

You guys know you can get this on Walmart.com and Amazon.com! @Kellag

Ok that makes more sense. I’m still.confused how he to few pins. There are 10 holes on kegels and he has 5pins(every other). They do look short though.

With every-second hole you need perfect pin thickness and length to have a tight fit and a smooth roll.

3DServisas has this, effort was put into making them fit like a glove. This means a bit higher pricing, but better quality of life.

His are every hole, and even has a separate version for reversed wheels, where pin diameter differs slightly.

Agreed, those look like the nicest kegel pulleys out there.

The Walmart pulleys are the exact same:drooling_face::drooling_face:
