What printer do you have?

I need someone to design and print a holder for both a loopkey xt90 and an xt60 connector in this hole here for a hummie deck. I would like to mount it with screws or perhaps glue on the bottom of the deck.

Can anyone help with that?

its a tensioner for a belt that break a lot in an analytical instrument the area that breaks off is the hook.

Seems like you could model it pretty easy without a scanner

Well it isn’t flat it has stand 2 stand offs one is the metal piece the other is the hole on the right. The little piece that is coming off the back has a little tab that stick up for a spring to to sit on. Without having any knowledge of making the 3D models I wouldn’t know where to start. That tiny piece of plastic is a $270ish part.

@Skunk Print finished should I print the xt90 Holder

If you wanna print this too that would be awesome.

Im gonna hold off on the little loopkey handle. Think im gonna make something a bit more custom.

Thanks again man, really appreciate it.

Yep no problem.

Take the picture of it, and import it as a layer into fusion. From there you can trace it with arcs and a make a sketch pretty easily.
