Looks like those numbers are good except for the diameter Kaly is using

Yep, got to keep the thinner edge as thin as possible while maintaining angle to minimize added height.

I print them with a 1mm thin side.
This is a parameter, so I can do whatever you want

Could you clarify this? Which holes?

The holes on the drawing above that I dimensioned the width are a larger diameter on the Kaly than shown on the Tramps. I did not get to it last night so I will try later today.

The 4 mount holes on the Kaly that are 41 and 69.5mm apart are clearance holes for a 8-1.25 bolt

What are the decks head and tail base angles?

How does this look?
I have made the clearance holes 9mm that leaves 1.652mm on the inside edge (seems small to me).

I will have a look at the base plate tonight

@Venom121212 do you have your sweet moon driver hub spacer on here somewhere?

I don’t just because the mm gap is different between setups.

Ends up being just one variable change so super easy to make whatever width.

I want truck nuts for my BN270 trucks. Preferably able to be printed in PLA or something easy.

Please someone with the skills give me truck nuts.

If you don’t find a designer, there’s silicone light up ones designed for bikes that’ll probably work better and be more useful than a printed version.

I take it truck nuts aren’t more popular in your area? They’re super popular in the town I went to school in.
