Rotate the baseplate 180* ? It’s narrower on the bottom and that would net some ride height I too I think
Order sent! Thanksssssss.
I think he already did.
Yep, added a cm or 2 of ride height but no biggie.
yes
Truck dependant. On MBS matrix you can fit 6396. On Lacroix hypertrucks you can fit 77mm diameter motors now
That means… a file on those hypertrucks and lots of determination can fit 80100 motors

Ill check for 80mm but I remember very little clearance with 77mm diameter motors (neumotor)
@moon
Luna 350 will have standard caliber kingpin length I guess? How much is that?
Bushings and pivot cups included?
Do these have the shaft on the wrong side? o.O
They do. Matt Hoover is selling them though with a few mods
Do you know what the mods are?
Edit: …besides sticking the axle on the right side!
I don’t know the mods.

Have been enjoying this 8T!
Yeah they’ll need to be tested thoroughly. I had great results until I looked inside the drives after 50ish miles
Need two boards, can’t deal with the downtime
Somehow convinced my wife I need four.
Pinion deformed?
Abnormal wear on the wheel gear
The pinion has a rough tooth surface finish because there were made by wire machining
It could be that, might get them remade. But it also could be caused by poor mesh, can’t tell. Even could be the new grease I was trying out. Too many factors
I’ll open mine next week and have a look. I hope they are OK! I had to rework my drives on the CNC to get them to fit
Side note, I ordered some Archoil. See if I can be convinced
