Some of you may have already seen a few photos, so I’m creating this post specifically for it. I’ll be showcasing our R&D process and detailed features.
This is the first model, The Phantom X
The “X” represents exploration and endless possibilities. This skateboard features a massive battery and powerful performance, making it adaptable to various scenarios such as racing, off-roading, and across city rides when paired with different wheels or bindings. we will have more different kit to make this board more possobilities.
Based on nuts from Battery enclosure fixation assuming that on picture is one of first proto board. Or am I wrong? What will be changed in serial design?
The production board is using nut to secure the enclosure too, we tried apply insert for the deck, but it all failed. Deck thickness is 8mm, not many thread on the insert.
Regarding this Truck, the width is 468mm and the weight is 1250g. This is our latest patented Truck SAT(swing arm truck systerm). The features of this truck include the use of three types of bearings: thrust bearing for hanger kinpin, spherical bearing for bushing kinpin, and ball bearing for back support of the hnager. Because of the design of these bearings, the movement trajectory of the entire truck is very precise (NO extra wobbles during the movement) and the rotation is very smooth.
As shown in the picture, the PU is positioned horizontally. The horizontal PU allows for freer steering and prevents the PU from being affected by weight, unlike traditional RKP truck . This enables you to use softer formulas to achieve the same stability without losing flexibility.
At the same time, to prevent wheel bite, we have incorporated physical limiters within the cable truck, with a maximum rotation angle of 28 degrees on each side. Our truck also supports angle adjustments, accommodating angles of plus or minus 10 degrees. Including the angle of the deck, the maximum angle is 40 degrees and the minimum is 20 degrees, with a default setting of 30 degrees. A larger angle makes the cable tray more flexible, while a smaller angle provides more stability.
Well I’ve seen enough I just got my Mach 1 ordered and now I’m looking at this for totally different uses outdoor off-road. This board looks amazing - I do also agree with the first post that the nuts should have been different than in the photo otherwise quite impressive. How long did this take to develop and which county are you based?
Made from T700 carbon fiber and fiberglass, the deck incorporates cross-woven carbon fiber layers in specific areas for added reinforcement and improved overall toughness. This design ensures a balance between high-speed stability and moderate flexibility.
Battery Enclosure:
Our battery enclosure is constructed entirely from pure carbon fiber, with a single internal layer of fiberglass for insulation. With a thickness of 1.5mm, the reinforced carbon fiber structure is highly resistant to punctures and scratches from rocks.
we Improved Lubrication Efficiency: The internal space of the gearbox has been optimized to allow lubricating grease to contact the gears more effectively.
Enhanced Expandability: An additional expansion function has been added to the gearbox for greater versatility.
Simplified Motor Gear Installation/Removal: The motor gear assembly and disassembly process has been refined for easier maintenance and operation.
High-Quality Cells: We use genuine Grade A Samsung 50S 21700 cells to ensure top-notch performance and reliability.
Reduced Height: To minimize the height of the dual-layer battery pack, we have reduced the thickness of the battery holders as much as possible and arranged the cells in a staggered layout.
Flexible Integrated PCB: The battery pack features a single-piece flexible PCB
Material: Our wheel hubs are made from 7075 aluminum alloy, known for its superior strength and durability.
Two-Tone Anodizing: We utilize a rarely used dual-color anodizing process in the industry, with a gold outer ring and a black inner ring for a sleek and premium look.
Lightweight Construction: To enhance handling and reduce weight at the ends of the trucks, the hubs have been meticulously optimized for extreme lightweight performance. The total weight of the hub, including bearings, is only 430g.
We have partnered with Exway to adopt their Rexus remote control for our boards.
Touchscreen Display: The remote features a touch-enabled color screen that displays essential * information such as speed, mileage, and battery levels.
Customizable Themes: Users can personalize the remote with various color themes.
Dual Throttle Modes: The remote supports two throttle modes for different riding preferences.
OTA Updates: With the Exway app, users can access OTA firmware updates to keep the remote up-to-date.
Advanced Features: The remote includes RGB brake sensing, quick reverse switching, and offers a stable and interference-resistant signal for reliable performance.
Handbrake Function:Prevent accidental throttle engagement and Keep the skateboard stationary on slopes, preventing unintended rolling.
This motor might already be familiar to many of you. Among all the motors I’ve tested so far, this one stands out as the most reliable.
.
Its exceptional durability and consistent performance make it an ideal choice for our setup.
Thanks @Tony_Stark designed this such amazing motors
