VESC with a handbrake? 
I’ve been wanting this feature for a long time. Is there the possibility to use the Rexus remote and VESC receiver to achieve the same result on other VESC prebuilts or DIYs?

You could, by using Uart. This kit will be available in our newbee.store, we tried spintend and makerx vesc, it works well.

If calculate by nominal voltage 3.6, the capacity is 2268wh, 2331 was calculate by 3.7v. My test rider weighted 220lb, he was achieving 120km range with chill style of riding.
