Ohhhhh. I’m not sure if it has roll to start. I assume it does though.
Every single time someone says this, I automatically think about pushing a button, and have to later connect the dots to realize you mean roll to start.
I think “roll to start” is more descriptive, at least to me. IMHO, YMMV
I will release a pro version of R7 which will have this function. But I don’t know when I have time to do it.
Okay so there is no anti spark built in then?
And when will they be in stock?
Yes, no anti spark, cause It’s not a safe design. When charging CAPs, current can go over thousands amps.
Enable the dcdc is much safer. This is what R7 is using.
Awesome.
And for the third time, when will they be in stock?
Take our money!
They are in stock! Ordered some. Hope i can test them fast
None. Anymore.
Damn these hv vescs sell like ice creams on a 35°c day
I’m curious about something, would it be optional/doable to get 2 and wire them to a single motor so we could ‘double’ the amps that goes in the motor (rated for such a high amperage ofc)
That is only possible on single MCU controllers. Those being the Unity, Zenith, and Stormcore.
Yeah this. At this moment only the
FOCBOX Unity
FOCBOX Unity+
bkb Xenith
FOCBOX Tenka
Stormcore 60D
Stormcore 100D
Stormcore 60D+
Stormcore 100D+
are the only single-MCU dual-motor VESC controllers I’m aware of.
Software has been released for those first four, and it could be made for the latter four if someone needed it.
“Unity”
“Unity”
“VESC”
Jason bad, no buy tonka or unity pls
