14S JBD BMS have the last leads combined to run at 12S

Ah. the LLT bms I looked at had (seemingly random) pairs combined in the middle to change scount. otherwise i might have guessed.

Yep, that’s the older style. The new ones have a connection diagram that makes somewhat more sense.
