Yea, but this is just a small batch, so rkp 200 n tkp will be in very limited quantity. Also i’ll still make some standard length plate version for use with my tkp.

Some 3D visual of two versions.
I might put them on production next week if i get good quotation from the factory in china. If any of you interested in this mount, you can DM me or here so i can decide should i go with more quantity or not, or maybe if it just for my self i’ll Just make them in local shop here :yum: coz china always need quantity :laughing:

A little update.

So i got quotation from two factories, one from china and one from local here in indonesia.i’m not sure if making part in china in this pandemic days is a good decision, i saw a lot of delayed etc. Making them here will be more costly than china but maybe can save me from some trouble about qc etc. So i just need to decide which one to go.

Also there will be only one size of plate, extended one, but not too long, so still good to cover rkp & tkp in both side. Too much cost for a small batch making more variant.

I’ll also make my own axle using 17-4 heat treated to use with my mounting system. You can not make small quantity when dealing with factory, the price will be high for just a sample. But with my curriosity i take them :smile:. But i open if any of you interested i can add more quantity with them.

This will be using for rear axle. But also can use for front axle with adding 3mm spacer to fill the shaft that been used by the press fit on the rear.

1st update from the factory, the rodbar :joy:. Not bad, they doing it on weekend :sweat_smile:. The rodbar is custom made, i’m not buying it from aliexpress or so, because i want to have exact length needed. This using 6061. Mounting and press fit will using 7075.

@XTLA what’s special about axles?

They are hexagons, for a smoother ride

Axle, made with 17-4 harden stainless steel, so it should be strong.
Instalation should be easy because there is 13mm flat spot for using wrench.
Still have the ability to be removeable, but you don’t have to remove it everytime you want to change setup like shoulder bolt did because it has m10 at the end.
The shaft is 10mm no step down because i want it to be flexible for any setup.
Hanger insert thread still can be used, i keep that tiny step down for the insert.
It is longer axle, if compare to 80mm shoulder bolt from surfrodz.
For using it on the rear it will lock your mounting press fit, add more solid feel (press fit took 3mm of the shaft). For using it on the front, just need to add 3mm spacer to fill the gap.
I’m not making rear-front type axle because for front axle we rarely open the axle unless changing wheels, so using shoulder still ok for me. But for rear I hate to keep removing the bolt.

What type of axle you mean? So far i only order 12pcs for my board. I can add more, still got time.
