Also id recommended checking out the Kaly.nyc facebook group… its a bit of a shit show at the moment but there is lots of good info from people concerned about their packs and who they are talking to. There is also a lot of dumb shit too always seek a second opinion.
If the battery is dead dead and you dont even have enough juice for the bms seek professional support.
