Description: very used AT board. it’s been my daily for 3 years now
I won’t lie to you, it has seen better days.
- it overheats on ~15 minutes if you push it
- bearings start to feel wobbly. the axile tolerances are wonky
- one axile is slightly bent from a fall. this has no effect on riding
- bearings in the motors start to be noisy
- neptune app crashes on me
it has been used in all conditions, it rides in mud, rain, snow. it will get you from point A to point B. but it needs quite a lot of maintanence and because I use it for commuting, it does not reach my expectations.
I’ve recently changed the axiles from 8mm to 10mm because she small shaft just gave up on me one day. because of this I had to increase motor sprocket from 8 tooth to 10. wheelees were not a problem.
it’s set for 150 motor amps + 100 battery amps, very torquey.
what is good:
- the unity has been a champ, no one issue so far
- the battery has been well balanced - constantly balancing, max 0.05 delta
- deck, bindings, rims
what needs replacing in long-term:
- trucks
- tires
- cooling
- possibly motors
